ECG Electrodes are small, adhesive pads used in electrocardiography (ECG) to detect electrical signals of the heart. They are attached to the skin of the chest or arms, and are essential for monitoring heart rhythm for Heart Rate Varability (HRV).

The Training Course for the Lambda System is a detailed educational program on Bio-Tuning® and the effective use of the Lambda System. It consists of several chapters, each ending with a quiz, and culminates in a final test.
